Problem: While enjoying tremendous awareness in the
field of documents, Xerox was unknown as an e-Government solutions
provider. Selling the Citizen Service Center would require
more than simply offering the products and resting on the companys
laurels. A public demonstration proof that it worked would
be required.
Solution: Boscobel coordinated the Citizen Service
Center launch with Xerox officials and the city of Rochester.
Still, through comprehensive contingency planning, Boscobel
pulled off a flawless launch event.
