Problem: A minority-owned (8a) company providing solutions
to the federal government, primarily to the U.S. Department
of Defense, Innovative Logistics Techniques (INNOLOG) wanted
to expand into the commercial sector. Their AssetIQ system
did a terrific job of tracking assets through the life-cycle,
but the company had no experience in the more competitive free
market.
Solution: Boscobel helped INNOLOG with all the logistics
of a major trade show, including demos of AssetIQ. We also
set up and coached the client on how to give interviews that
would interest various audiences, such as writers for trade
publications. Then we used our PR skills to set up those interviews half
a dozen on the first day alone. In the private sector, INNOLOG
had arrived.
