Melissa Templeton

Senior Public Relations Strategist

Melissa Templeton has more than 20 years of experience on the front lines of marketing and public relations campaigns, with a focus on business-to-government and business-to-business communication. From conception to execution to evaluation, she works with the Boscobel team to create strategic media opportunities that allow our clients to shine.

Melissa joined Boscobel in 2000, and since then has helped the agency develop effective, award-winning campaigns that help clients who sell to federal, state and local government and the Department of Defense strengthen their positions in the ever-changing and challenging public sector. Melissa also works with companies in the K-12 and higher education markets to establish subject matter experts with top-tier media and to help tell powerful customer stories that get our clients noticed.

Prior to joining Boscobel, Melissa was vice president of public relations for STG Marketing Communications, Inc., where she focused on telecommunications firms and other technology companies who marketed their services to the federal government.

Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with a concentration in public relations from Florida State University.
